All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Shipping times vary depending on location:

• Israel: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking information (when available).

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can help resolve the issue.

Customer satisfaction is very important, and we will do our best to assist you.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost by the shipping carrier. If a package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
